Acceptance of terms

By using Presova, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using Presova

Presova is provided to help you track groceries and estimated expiration dates. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to its services.

Review your information

Receipt scanning, OCR, automated recognition, and AI-generated results may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing foods, quantities, storage, and expiration information before relying on or importing it.

Food safety

Expiration dates in Presova are estimates, not guarantees. Presova is not a substitute for food-safety judgment or professional advice. Discard food that appears spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe regardless of the app’s estimate.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Service availability and beta limitations

Presova is beta software. Features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Service availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Presova and its contributors are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the app, automated recognition, expiration estimates, or service interruptions.

Changes

Presova may update the service or these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
