Delete Presova Account

You can request deletion here without installing or opening Presova.

The fastest option is Settings → Account → Delete Account in Presova. If you cannot use the app, submit your account email below. Our support team will verify ownership before deleting any account or data. Submitting an email does not authorize deletion.

What deletion covers

After ownership is verified, deletion removes your Presova account and active associated data, including synchronized pantry and settings, usage and entitlement mirrors, linked feedback and learning source records. On-device data is cleared by in-app deletion; a web request cannot remotely erase an offline device.

Limited security, subscription-ownership or legally required records, provider backups and de-identified aggregates may remain as explained in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through the store where you subscribed.

Need help or used Apple’s private email?

Email support@presova.app with the subject “Presova account deletion request”. We will arrange ownership verification. Never send your password, payment information or government ID.

This form does not sign you up for marketing. Requests are reviewed by support; no automatic verification email is promised.
